Campaigns improvements

• Search for campaign name
• Stay in page after saving campaign
• Values for web site and currency are prefilled if there is only one web site and currency set up
• Combine with all will be a valid setting even after this has been set and another campaign was added

Multi field field type in Products

• Combine several fields into one, the same way as in Websites, but now available for Products
