AI-powered documentation site and enhanced PIM capabilities
This release brings significant improvements to how you work with product data in Litium. We've focused on making everyday tasks more efficient.
We're also excited to introduce our new documentation site, providing a modernized experience for accessing platform documentation, API references, and implementation guides. Most notably, the new docs site includes an MCP server that enables AI agents to connect directly to the documentation. This is a gamechanger for developers using AI-assisted development workflows—your AI tools can now access comprehensive Litium documentation in real-time, dramatically improving efficiency when building solutions on the platform.

We have migrated our documentation to a new modern platform, consolidating content for Platform, Accelerators, Add-ons, Cloud, and APIs. The new documentation site is available at https://docs.litium.dev/
Navigate workflows with improved overview
The workflow navigation in the back office has been restructured for better clarity. The left menu item previously labeled "Tasks" has been renamed to "Workflows", providing a more intuitive overview of your workflow processes and making it easier to manage and monitor ongoing tasks and see what is left todo.
Select categories more efficiently in product filters
Category selection in product filters has been enhanced with improved behavior when working with hierarchical category structures. Clicking a parent category now by default selects all subcategories.
Import and export product lists
You can now include product list information in your product exports. Connected product lists are represented in the Excel export, enabling you to work with product list assignments outside of Litium and import changes back into the system.
Import and export specific price lists
Price list handling in Excel exports has been improved with the ability to select which price lists to include in the export. This gives you more control over your export content.
Initiate full returns via the Storefront API
The Storefront API now supports initiating a full return of an order. This feature enables you to comply with consumer right-of-withdrawal regulations, which require online retailers to accept returns within a specified period. The functionality covers returning all order rows in a single operation.
Handle dates accurately in Excel imports and exports
DateTime fields are now exported as string literals in ISO8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss) to Excel. This standardized format ensures consistent date handling across different regional settings and eliminates ambiguity when importing and exporting date values.
Set discount dates with an improved date time picker
The date time picker for discounts and campaigns has been updated. The calendar now starts the week on Monday instead of Sunday, aligning with European conventions. Additionally, the picker has default values when setting date and time for discounts.
