Rounding off in order fullfilment
During partial refund process, we might run into rounding off scenarios in which the final return need to be adjusted to balance the refund and capture.
Customers might do the return partialy and eventually return all items that they bought. In that case the final sales return order (SRO) might need to be adjusted with roudning off to match the total returned and total captured. The currency's minor unit is used for calculation.
The rounding off will be added to the total and we might see some differences in the sum of all SRO's discount/ shipping/fee or VAT compared with sales order, as shown like the chart below :
