Search orders

1. Click Sales in the top menu. 

The first page you see in the Sales area is the orders list with the search and filter. 

2. Write a search term in the search input field and press Enter. Litium will try to match orders by searching the following information:

• customer number
• email
• name
• order number
• payment references
• shipment references

3. You narrow your returned orders by adding more filters from the dropdowns.

4. You can also select which columns you would like to view for your search result under Columns in the top-right corner. 

On the search result page you can also select the following options:

• If you want to edit an order, select it with a double-click or mark it and use the Edit button.

Show sales order additional information in the search result for orders

1. Go to Settings, click Sales, and then click Additional order information on the left menu.

2. Add additional information keys that you want to show on the orders page.

3. Go to the orders page, the new keys will be shown in the columns dropdown list.

4. Select keys to enable these columns in the search result.
