Customers
In the Customers area, you can handle all personal information, login credentials, as well as GDPR export.
Both User Management and how to organize platform users into different groupings are included here.
Here are some of the main functions in this area, which can be found in the left-hand menu under Customers:
New person: add and edit a new customer or user.
Persons: manage persons in the system.
Groups: manage groups of known visitors to your websites.
Target groups: manage groups of anonymous visitors to your websites.
Organizations: manage organizational units that customers belong to, for example, a company.
There is also a search function on top of the left-hand menu.
