Payments
How to manage payments.
Go to the Sales Area and then Payments in the side menu. The page where payments are managed looks like this:

Edit a payment
Please note that depending on payment provider and status it may not always be possible to edit a payment.
- Mark a payment on the list.
- Select Edit.
- Specify what payment provider and payment method to use.
- Select Update and the payment info will be changed accordingly.
Delete a payment
Please note that depending on payment provider and status it may not always be possible to delete a payment.
- Mark a payment on the list.
- Select Delete.
Reserve money
The term "Reserve money" usually means that money is reserved on a customer's account, but that it has not yet been charged.
- Mark a payment on the list.
- Select Reserve.
- The request to reserve will be handled based on payment provider and payment status.
Charge money
The term "Charge money" usually means that money is charged from a customer's account, but this can differ from one payment provider to another.
- Mark a payment on the list.
- Select Charge.
- The request to charge will be handled based on payment provider and payment status.
Cancel a payment
Please note that depending on payment provider and status it may not always be possible to cancel a payment.
- Mark a payment on the list.
- Select Cancel payment.
Return a payment
Depending on payment provider and in what status this payment occur, it might not be possible to return a payment that are already charged.
- Select a payment from the list.
- Click “Return payment”
