Find media

There are two ways to search for media files:

• Quick search
• The search page

Quick search

The field for quick search is located at the top of the side menu. Here you can search for media using the full or partial file name. Just enter a name and press the return key. 

This will take you to the search result page (more info below) where you can reach media in two ways. Select a row with the mouse, or use the arrows on the keyboard and press the return key.

Search page

The first page you see in the Media Area is the search page. It allows you to search for media with more precision. Fill out the field for page name and select Add search condition if you want to apply any conditions. Then select Search.

Search result page

When the search result page is displayed you can apply more filters to refine your search. You can also choose to see the result as thumbnails or as a list. In a list you can decide which columns should be shown. 

In the search result page there are a couple options:

• If you want to edit a media file, select it with the a double-click or mark it and use the Edit button.
• If you want to remove a media file, mark it and use the Delete button.
