Dashboard

The first thing you see in Litium 7 is the Dashboard. From the top menu you can reach the different Areas of the system, as well as other functions. It is also possible to add widgets here. 

Depending on the permissions you have been given by the system administrator, you may have access to some or all Areas in the system.

Areas

• Websites - management of websites and content (CMS)
• Products - product management (PIM)
• Sales - managment of orders and campaigns
• Customers - customer management (CRM)
• Media - management of images and documents

Functions

• <username> - change language, your password or log out
• Tasks - to-do-list for products
•  - go to User Guide
• - access to settings for system administrators

Widgets

You can customize the Dashboard by adding widgets. This is short for window gadgets and from a user perspective they are similar to applications. Select Add widgets, then drag and drop the widgets of your choice to the Dashboard. There you can arrange them in different ways. We recommend you to add Litium News, to get the latest updates from us.

To get a widget up and running you may need to configure it first. The settings are reached by selecting the cogwheel that appears in the top right corner of the widget, when you let the pointer hover there.
