Order management
This section explains how to change columns displayed in the back office orders grid, change order state translations, change "Order Export" format and enabling or disabling back office order creation.
Changing columns displayed in backoffice orders grid
- Go to Control Panel > ECommerce > Settings
- Select the columns and the order in which they should appear
Changing order state translations
The order states are configured by the implementation project, and may differ based on your implementation., but you can change the translations for each state.
- Go to Control Panel > ECommerce > Translations
- Put the translations, the languages you see are the languages available under Control Panel > System Settings > Languages.
Changing "Order Export" format
When you export orders, you can decide which columns are exported and in which order by using a xslt file. The implementation project should have installed the correct xslt file into the web\bin folder.
- Go to Control Panel > ECommerce > Orders
- Select Enable XSL transform on order export.
Enable or disable backoffice order creation
If the order management is integrated to a third party system, the merchant may not want to create or edit orders from Litium backoffice.
- Go to Control Panel > ECommerce > Orders
- Change the options to enable or disable order creation and editing in backoffice.
To place an order from back office, follow the steps below. Note that there must be articles published as products with valid prices.
