Functional Areas
Litium is divided into different areas: Globalization, Websites, Products, Sales, Customers, and Media. Under this section, we also look at Dashboard.
Globalization
Globalization has the following features:
Channel is used as an entry point for visitors to browse the website.
Countries have the functions for multi-market sales.
Currencies allow you to work with multiple currencies.
Domain names are used to set up the different domain names that can be used for a website.
Languages allow you to work with multiple languages.
Markets group different areas where products are sold, normally a country or a group of countries such as Europe or Scandinavia.
Tax classes: In Litium it is possible to add Tax classes for other types of products.
Websites
Websites is the content management system (CMS). Under this tab, you can create, configure and publish pages on your websites, as well as manage the structure of your website and select pages you want to edit. A website is one of several channels where content can be published.
Products
The Products area is Litium's Product Information Management (PIM). This is where you enrich, plan and publish your products. You can define a product structure, set up different assortments, manage translations, and more.
Sales
In the Sales area, you will find order management and payment information. Here you can also create, schedule, and add content to your campaigns in a structured way, as well as add and manage discounts.
Customers
The Customers is used for customer management (CRM). This is where you organize your customers and users. We have made it easy for you to follow current GDPR regulations.
Media
The Media area is for the management of images and documents. It is the central storage for all Areas in Litium.
The Dashboard shows the overall status of the online store and gives the user a hint on where to pick up work again.
